All Knightbloom pieces are made from 304/316 stainless steel. It's durable, tarnish-resistant, and built for everyday wear. We chose it because we believe jewelry should be worn daily without worry, not saved for special occasions.
Standard Knightbloom pieces typically require 3–7 business days for creation. Once shipped, standard US delivery generally takes an additional 3–5 business days, so you can expect most orders to arrive within approximately 1–2 weeks from the time your order is placed.
Please keep in mind that larger pieces, intricate designs, and custom commissions may take longer to complete. The size and complexity of a piece, along with the amount of materials and hands-on work required, can increase the overall production time.
If you are ordering for a specific event, gift, or deadline, we strongly recommend placing your order or submitting a commission inquiry as early as possible. For commissions, completion time varies depending on the size of the commission and will be agreed upon as part of your commission contract.

Ready-made and made-to-order pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the piece is unworn and in the condition you received it. Custom and commissioned pieces are final sale and are governed by the Commission Agreement rather than this policy. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Yes. We use 304/316 stainless steel because it's durable and long lasting, making it an excellent choice for everyday jewelry and sensitive skin. While reactions are uncommon, everyone's skin is different. If irritation occurs, discontinue wear and contact us.
A little care keeps your piece battle ready. After wearing, gently wipe it with a soft cloth. For a deeper clean, rinse with warm water and mild soap, then pat dry.
